Water tank capacity
Performance at the highest level with a 600 litre tank - DPF Becker PM provides the optimum amount of water to effectively regenerate even the largest DPFs used in trucks, buses and construction machinery. Our DPF Becker PM is versatile and can regenerate any type of diesel particulate filter on the market.
Filtration accuracy of the unit
The DPF Becker PM flushes filters with purified water to an accuracy of 1 micron. - This is incomparably more accurate than the accepted market standard in other units. This will restore the factory parameters of the regenerated DPF. As proof of the quality of the service provided, you will show the customer a printout with the results of the filter performance tests carried out before and after regeneration!
100% certainty of accurate drying
With an advanced 1250 m3/h side-channel blower, the DPF Becker PM mechanically removes approximately 90% of the water from the DPF, while effectively drying the remaining 10% with two heaters of 5 kW each. Unlike competitive units, our technology guarantees 100 per cent drying of the filter, allowing it to be restored to full efficiency.
System to protect filter ceramics from damage
SafeClean Technology - Our patented system that ensures the DPF ceramic is protected from displacement and potential damage. Unlike the competition, our technology does not reduce regeneration efficiency, maintaining the full performance of the DPF Becker PM.
Optimum filter system surface area
Our three-year test cycle has allowed us to fine-tune the surface area of the filter system in relation to the key components of the machine. As a result, with one set of machine filters, the DPF Becker PM allows us to repeatedly clean more DPFs than competitive solutions, regardless, the quality of regeneration remains at the highest level.
